We signed a Technique and Information ExchangeAgreement with matchchikdo kumamoto, located in Kyushu, Japan in December 1999, and ever since have focused on manufacturing technique of hwakwaja designed in beautiful shapes with natural motif. Currently, we have various patents in bakery technique, and acquired the venture company certification for the first time in this industry.Participation & Awards in Various Int’l and Domestic Bakery & Pastry ContestsWe were invited by Japanese Traditional Sweets Exhibition, for the first time as a representative of Korea, in October 2004 and produly presented Korean hwakwaja’s excellent quality. In October 2005, we were awarded the grand prize at the contest held by Seoul International Bakery Association (SIBA) and became a renowned hwakwaja house.Pursuit of Diversification and Prestige of the ProductsCurrently, we sell about 50 types’ hwakwaja, about 30 types’ high-end and general Manju, 50 types’ petit cake, and 30 types’ red bean sweet jelly both for high-end and general grades.We have also released and sell about 200 shapes’ hwakwaja which we recreate traditional Japanese sweets as Korean style dessert, especially for taste and shape.
